TERMS & CONDITIONS

24Win Competitions Ltd — Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter

The Promoter is 24Win Competitions Ltd (Company Number 16703124), whose registered office is 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.
Our correspondence/postal entry address is 240 Harrogate Road, Leeds, LS7 4QD.
Contact: hello@24wincompetitions.co.uk.

  1. The Competition

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on https://www.24wincompetitions.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

An entry fee is payable each time you enter via our online entry method (“Online Entry Route”), including where you subscribe to recurring billing as set out in section 4. Alternatively, you may enter for free via the postal entry method in section 3.6 (“Postal Entry Route”). Each person entering via either method is an “Entrant”.

  1. How to Enter

3.1 Opening and closing

Each draw-based competition runs from its published start (the “Published Date”) to the closing date specified on the Website (the “Closing Date”). All dates/times are London, England.

If necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, and if not changing would be unfair to existing Entrants, we may change the Closing Date or correct an incorrectly displayed Published Date. Any change will be shown on the Website and Entrants will be notified by email.

Entries must be received no earlier than the Published Date and no later than the time stated on the Closing Date. Entries received outside these times may be disqualified without refund. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered. If a Postal Entry is received within 72 hours after the Closing Date, the Entrant will receive Website credit equal to the cost of one Online Entry for use on an alternative competition(s).

3.2 Online Entry Route — Draw-Based Competitions

  1. Visit the Website
  2. Select your desired number of entries
  3. Complete checkout and submit the entry form
  4. Complete payment to receive order confirmation

3.3 Online Entry Route — Instant Win Competitions

  1. Visit the Website and view the Instant Win competition
  2. Select desired number of entries
  3. Complete checkout and submit the entry form
  4. Complete payment to receive your ticket
  5. Check your ticket to see if you have won

3.4 Online Entry Route — Instant Reveal Promotions

  1. Visit the Website and select your chosen Instant Reveal Promotion
  2. Select desired number of entries
  3. Complete checkout and submit the entry form
  4. Complete payment to finalise your entry
  5. Reveal the outcome using the reveal mechanic for that promotion. The outcome is predetermined and cannot be influenced by your actions.

3.5 Language & confirmations

All entries must be submitted in English. Non-English entries will be disqualified with no refund. We will send confirmation that your entry has been received.

  • Draw-Based & Instant Win: we will send your allocated ticket number(s) by email to your registered address.
  • Instant Reveal: we will confirm your entry.

We are not responsible for entries that are not completed, lost or delayed for any reason (including equipment failure, technical malfunction, network/server/software failure). By purchasing entries, registering an account and submitting an entry, you enter a contract with us and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.6 Postal Entry Route (free entry)

To enter by post, you must:
(a) Send an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to:
24Win Competitions Ltd — Postal Entries, 240 Harrogate Road, Leeds, LS7 4QD.
(b) Include:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your postal address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and
(iv) the exact competition you wish to enter (include draw title and, if applicable, quantity — one entry per postcard unless stated otherwise).
(c) If entering an Instant Win or Instant Reveal Promotion by post, you must first create an account on the Website. After we receive a valid postal entry, we will apply an entry to your account.
(d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
(e) Multiple free entries are permitted up to any limit we set, but each must be posted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will be counted as one single entry.
(f) By entering, you confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Terms.
(g) Draw-Based: we will email ticket number(s) for valid postal entries. Instant Win/Instant Reveal: we will add Website credit equal to one Online Entry for the relevant promotion unless stated otherwise.
(h) You must have created an account and the postcard details must match your account details (including your address), or we cannot process the entry.

  1. Recurring Billing and Auto-Entry

We may offer recurring billing (weekly/bi-monthly/monthly, as shown at checkout) to auto-enter you into future promotion periods. By selecting recurring billing, you authorise us to take the entry fee automatically at the agreed interval and allocate entries on your behalf. You will receive email confirmation of each recurring entry. You may cancel anytime in your account settings. If payment fails (expired card/insufficient funds, etc.), we are not obliged to allocate entries. Recurring entries are treated like one-off paid entries and are subject to these Terms. For Instant Win/Instant Reveal, recurring billing allocates entries at your chosen interval; your outcome is fixed in advance and can be revealed during that promotion period.

  1. Choosing a Winner & Allocation of Outcomes

5.1 Draw-Based Competitions

All valid Entrants are entered into a draw and the winner (“Winner”) is chosen using a verifiably random draw process on the Closing Date (“Draw Date”). Entrant names and ticket numbers are listed in a spreadsheet. For live draws, the spreadsheet will be visible during the live draw. For automated draws, we use the Mersenne Twister algorithm to determine winner(s). If a draw is disrupted or inconclusive, we may rerun it via the same or another random method.

5.2 Instant Win Competitions

Each Entrant is assigned a ticket (“Ticket Assignment”). Winning tickets are selected before the Published Date (“Winning Ticket Selection”) by a verifiably random process. Any end-prize winners are chosen by a Draw-Based method.

5.3 Instant Reveal Promotions

Winning outcomes are selected and fixed before launch. Each Entrant’s outcome is allocated at entry using a verifiably random process.

  • Online entrants: outcome revealed immediately on the Website.
  • Postal entrants: we apply an entry to your account after receiving a valid postal entry; you can then reveal your result via your dashboard.
    The reveal mechanic is presentation only; your actions cannot affect the predetermined outcome.

For help with entries: hello@24wincompetitions.co.uk.

  1. How Draws Are Conducted

(a) Live draws: Results stand provided the draw proceeds without interruption. If an unsold number is generated, we reload and redraw until a sold number is generated.
(b) Automated draws: Conducted using the Mersenne Twister algorithm to select a random number.

  1. Eligibility

Competitions are open to anyone aged 18+ who is resident in a country where it is lawful for both the Entrant to enter and the Promoter to award the prize, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers professionally connected with the competition or its administration;
(c) immediate family/household members of (a) and (b).

We may require proof of eligibility (ID/address and any other reasonable proof). Failure to provide proof within 21 days of request may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

We will not accept entries that are:
(a) automatically generated;
(b) submitted by agents, third parties or syndicated entries;
(c) incomplete.

We may disqualify you if:
(a) you breach these Terms;
(b) you act in concert with others (including household members) to circumvent limits/laws;
(c) it is or becomes illegal to promote to you and/or award a prize to you;
(d) you abuse/tamper with the Website or use fraudulent means;
(e) you post content to our social channels that we deem inappropriate/offensive/unlawful.

Refunds are discretionary and only in exceptional circumstances. No refunds if:
(a) after entry, you discover you are ineligible; or
(b) you are disqualified under these Terms.

Entrants may enter as many times as permitted by per-user and competition caps. Only one account per household is allowed. Recurring billing does not override eligibility; ineligible subscribers may be cancelled and entries disqualified without refund.

  1. The Prize

Each competition’s prize(s) (“Prizes”) are described on the relevant competition page. Details are correct to the best of our knowledge at the Opening Date. Non-cash prizes are subject to availability; we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. We make no warranties about a Prize’s value/condition or Website information accuracy.

If the Prize is a vehicle:
(a) unless stated, it comes with a valid MOT (if required);
(b) no insurance included; you must insure before using on public roads;
(c) once delivered/collected, you are responsible for the vehicle, compliance and safe operation;
(d) vehicle tax is not included;
(e) you are responsible for necessary safety equipment and using it properly.

Other non-cash prizes may include additional conditions stated on the competition page. Prizes may be supplied by third parties (“Supplier”). We may substitute a cash alternative where the Prize becomes unavailable or due to circumstances beyond our control. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable. Any costs not expressly included are the Winner’s responsibility.

8.1 Product Warranties & Third-Party Guarantees (Important)

24Win Competitions Ltd does not manufacture Prizes and does not provide any warranty, guarantee or representation as to the performance, quality, fitness for purpose, durability or merchantability of any Prize.

  • Any manufacturer or supplier warranties/guarantees that may apply run solely between the Winner and the relevant manufacturer/supplier.
  • Where applicable, we will pass on to the Winner any documents or information reasonably required to register or claim a manufacturer/supplier warranty.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions relating to any Prize.
  1. Winners

Our decision is final. The Winner’s full name will be announced during a live draw (for live Draw-Based Competitions).

  • Draw-Based: we will contact the Winner promptly after the Draw Date via the registered phone/email.
  • Instant Win: Winners receive an email with claim instructions; site-credit prizes are applied automatically.
  • Instant Reveal: Winners see the on-screen result immediately; if further action is needed to claim/deliver, we’ll also email instructions; site-credit prizes are applied automatically.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact Winners. If a Winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the Prize within 21 days of the Draw Date (or, for Instant Reveal, within 21 days of the Closing Date), we may offer the Prize to an alternate winner selected at random from remaining eligible entries. Each alternate has 21 days to accept; the process may repeat.

For prizes above a value we set, Winners must provide valid proof of identity and address matching their registered details. If not provided within 21 days of acceptance, we may investigate; if identity cannot be verified within 3 months, we may award the Prize to an alternate.

Publication: We must publish/make available information indicating a valid award. We will publish the full name of major prize winners on the Website unless you object (see below). If you object to publication, email hello@24wincompetitions.co.uk before the Closing Date. We may still need to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  1. Claiming the Prize

Prizes must be claimed personally. No third-party claims. Delivery/collection details are stated on the Website or available on request. If your contact details change, email hello@24wincompetitions.co.uk as soon as possible with the competition entered, your old details and new details. If details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, we may use your old details to contact you.

Cash Prizes are paid to the Winner’s nominated bank account; proof you are the sole/joint beneficiary is required. Failure to provide within 21 days of acceptance results in disqualification and forfeiture; we may then award to an alternate.

If the Prize is a vehicle and eligibility checks are complete, we transfer using the V5 (this can be completed after handover).

We are not liable to pay compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the Prize.

  1. Limitation of Liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible only for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence; we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

  1. Data Protection & Publicity

By entering, you agree that personal information you provide may be used by us and our agents/suppliers to administer the competition/prizes and inform you of future competitions/schedules, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the Website).

If you submit content, it may be used for reasonable publicity. You may opt out of publicity by notifying us; this does not affect your chances of winning. We may still need to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Under data protection laws, you can request we do not contact you and remove your details. If you do so during a competition, you will be withdrawing your entry (we cannot contact you if you win) and no refund is due. To opt out of promotional use of your details, email hello@24wincompetitions.co.uk.

  1. General

We may amend these Terms from time to time; the latest version is on the Website. For Instant Reveal Promotions, any specific rules shown on the promotion page also apply.

If we believe there has been a breach of these Terms, we may exclude you from this and future competitions. We may void, suspend, cancel or amend a competition if unavoidable circumstances arise. If cancelled, we will return entry fees (by card refund or cheque; combined where several entries were made). Where entry fees are returned, we have no further liability.

Competitions on the Website are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Apple or Google. By entering, you agree these companies have no liability and are not responsible for administration or promotion.

These Terms are governed by English law. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of your country of residence. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but an EU-resident Entrant may bring proceedings in their country of residence. You should print a copy of these Terms for your records.
